    Lighting Logistics – Returns Policy

    •  Returns Eligibility

    At Lighting Logistics, we aim to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases.

    However, if you need to return any light fittings, please review our returns policy outlined below.
    Returns will only be accepted for goods that are in original, unused, and resalable
    condition, including all original packaging and components.
    A return request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
    Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.

    • Returns Fee

    All approved returns are subject to a 30% returns and administration fee, calculated
    on the total value of the returned light fittings (including VAT)
    This fee covers restocking, packaging , transportation , Shipment, quality checks,
    handling , and administration costs associated with the return process.

    • Return Procedure

    Prior written authorization must be obtained before returning any goods. Returns
    received without prior approval may not be accepted.
    Once approved, goods must be returned at the customer’s expense to the address
    provided in the return authorization.

    • Refunds 

    Refunds (less the 30% fee) will be processed within 14 working days of the returned goods being inspected and confirmed in acceptable condition.

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

    • Faulty or Damaged Goods

    If you receive goods that are faulty or damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
    In such cases, we will arrange for replacement or repair at no additional cost.
